Reduce Constipation and Promote Digestion!

The best way to treat them, is to resort to natural methods such as drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water and adding fibre to your diet. Natural way to add fibre is to eat vegetables raw, fruits can also add to the same. Salad consisting of vegetables, grams and sprouts is a good idea for snacks and to boost your digestive system. You can also add flax seeds to your morning cereal.

Others include food high in Chlorophyll, such as Parsley or Alfalfa..Chlorophyll is found in green leafy vegetables. Eat organic foods whenever possible it may help with good digestion. It is also helpful to chew your food carefully and slowly to better your digestion. Exercise must be added to your daily regimen in order to promote good bowel movement.
